The Primaeran civilization was created by Nuwa, a superbeing who possesses the power to cultivate new worlds. Any threat to mankind and civilization will not escape her wrath, and at one point she even waged a war against the superbeing Diqun to prevent the planet's destruction. Her mandates continue to guide mankind, and everyone pays homage to the civilization she has fostered.

Her name, along with those of her companions, are as old as the history of the continent. Songs and stories about them have been passed down through the ages and across the world. Their triumphs and feats are recorded in inscriptions and scrolls and have been celebrated for generations.
No one knows their past. Only a fraction of the full truth can be pieced together from mottled frescoes and untraceable folk tales.
After surviving countless trials and tribulations through immeasurable spans of time eons ago, the superbeings emerged from catastrophe and arrived in a new land.
Yet the wasteland before Nuwa's eyes was barren and lifeless. Thunderclaps were the only sounds that pierced the desolate silence, but within the earth surged a strange power...
Nuwa began to wonder if she could harness the power of the earth and—combined with her knowledge and wisdom—rebuild a new home, the beautiful home of her memories.
After innumerable failures, life upon the continent began a long and steady process of evolution. Under Nuwa's watchful gaze, new life was born.
Seeing humanity before her, Nuwa's heart overflowed with joy. It finally dawned on her that all her previous trials and tribulations had been for this moment. She had fulfilled the mission given to her by fate: to ignite the spark of hope and establish an everlasting civilization.
Nuwa and her superbeing companions passed on their knowledge to humanity bit by bit, teaching them how to survive on the planet, how to produce and create. Humans, in turn, put full trust in the superbeings, relying on them totally and earnestly accepting their care and teachings.
Using the command of creation, Nuwa built homes to shelter mankind from wind and rain and keep them safe from danger. The homes gradually coalesced to form the world's first cities.
Nuwa's knowledge and wisdom contained insights from beyond the present time, allowing her to guide the nascent human race, step by step, on its path to splendor.
Under her patient care, humans lived in peace and contentment as civilization continued to advance. As humanity flourished, Nuwa's name spread far and wide, becoming legendary in every corner of the world.

People sang Nuwa's praises, penned poems about her, and prayed for her blessings. Artisans painted scrolls and murals of her likeness, and her believers traveled everywhere to convey her words.

Nuwa stood atop a mountain peak and gazed out as the sun dipped below the horizon, and the bustling cities lit up like stars in the sky. She had witnessed the birth of this precious civilization from barren desolation, and she vowed to protect its splendor forevermore.
