The map features many elements that make it into a constantly changing battlefield, on top of phases. These include a variety of creeps, auto-spawning minions of either side, and of course, other associated elements

Creeps spawn on the map and are generally not looking for trouble, until players look for them to convert into experience, gold, and buffs.

Minions[]
Minions auto-spawn in waves and attack the enemy towers automatically. They're a vital source of experience and loot, as well as a very important part of the assault due to the anti-backdoor properties of enemy towers.

The various structures that make up each team's home base. Once gone, they're gone.
