The Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) 2025 is part of the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This prestigious mobile esports tournament features 18 elite teams competing for a share of the $3 million prize pool.

🏆 Tournament Format & Schedule[]

The KWC 2025 is structured into three main stages:

  1. Group Stage (July 15–19): 16 teams are divided into four groups (A–D), each participating in a double-elimination bracket with best-of-three (BO3) matches using the Global Ban/Pick system.
  2. Group Kings & Last Chance (July 20):
    • Group Kings: The winners of each group (A1 vs. B1 and C1 vs. D1) advance to the Playoffs.
    • Last Chance: The runners-up from each group (A2 vs. B2 and C2 vs. D2) compete for the remaining playoff spots.
  3. Playoffs (July 23–26): Eight teams, including the six from Group Kings and Last Chance, along with KPL Spring Champions AG.AL and ACL Champions TT Global, compete in a single-elimination bracket. The Grand Finals on July 26 will feature a best-of-seven (BO7) match utilizing the 'Ultimate Battle' draft mode.

  • Group D: ACT Esports Club, Alpha Gaming, Nongshim Redforce, OG Esports

🎮 In-Game Events[]

To celebrate the tournament, Honor of Kings has launched its first esports-themed Honor Pass, running from June 24 to August 28. Players can earn exclusive skins, such as the Nuwa–Syzygy Moonlight skin at level 1 and the Alessio KWC skin at level 80, by completing missions.
