Honor of Kings Wiki

Heroes are the focus of Honor of Kings, clashing in multiplayer online battles of up to ten heroes (5v5). They are divided into six classes, each with a distinct role on the battlefield and created with a lane in mind - though these are merely recommendations, and clever players will find ways to effectively use them in any conceivable scenario.

Tank[]

Exactly what it says on the title: A tank is a high HP hero whose primary role is to hold the line and absorb enemy attention and damage, allowing teammates to attack, flank, or withdraw as needed.

Fighter[]

Primary offensive fighters excelling in the Clash Lane, leveling up quickly and potentially dominating the battle if employed correctly.

Assassin[]

Masters of the Jungle, roaming the map targeting mobs to gain gold for the team and level up experience points. They have excellent explosive damage and mobility, making them good for flanking attacks.

Mage[]

Ranged fighters with area of effect (AoE) skills and crowd control abilities, perfect for the Mid-Lane.

Marksman[]

High damage, low HP, the archetypal glass cannon. Very good for overcoming defenses and evaporating enemy HP, but require proper care and maintenance from a Support class.

Support[]

The healer class of hero, focusing on healing, protection, giving buffs to teammates and debuffs to the opponents, and some crowd control. While might not be seen as glamorous, a good healer can sustain an attack and turn the tide of a seemingly unwinnable clash.
