Physical items

Physical Items primarily boost a hero's physical attack, increasing the damage dealt by their basic attacks. This is especially beneficial for heroes who rely on physical damage, such as marksmen or assassins. Some physical items also improve attack speed, allowing heroes to deliver more hits in a shorter period, which is essential for sustained damage output. Additionally, many physical items provide a chance for critical hits or increase the damage of critical strikes, which can significantly amplify a hero's damage in key moments. Physical items often include lifesteal, enabling the hero to heal a portion of the damage they deal with basic attacks. This helps sustain their health during prolonged fights, making them harder to take down. Many physical items also grant armor penetration or physical damage amplification, allowing heroes to bypass or reduce the effectiveness of enemy armor. This is particularly useful when facing tanky opponents, as it enables physical-damage heroes to deal more effective damage.

Some physical items also offer survivability and mobility benefits, such as health boosts, shields, or damage reduction, which help the hero endure longer in combat.
